What is the Phone Swipe?

 

The Phone Swipe is an application which allows you, the merchant, to accept credit/debit cards on your smart phone and/or tablet. When you create your account, you can download your free app and begin to process credit and debit cards faster, easier, and more affordable than ever before.

 

It’s basically like having a credit card terminal on your phone and/or tablet at all times! (File attached: "Phone Swipe Brochure")

 

What does is cost?

 

Every transaction completed, there is a 2.69% fee (even for American Express and business platinum cards!). If the card is not present and is manually keyed in, there is an additional 0.80% + $0.19. There are no varying rates/fees, and no monthly fees. Even if you do not use the Phone Swipe for a few months out of the year, there will still be no fee.

 

Note: The Phone Swipe device is free, as well as the app. The app is compatible with most smart phones and tablets using an Android or Apple (iOS) platform.
